* We accept all major credit cards.

​* If the tour is canceled by the client prior to 20 days, you'll receive a full refund.

​​

* if the tour is canceled by the client in less than 19 days, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.  

​

* If the tour is canceled by the client in less than 10 days, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

​

 * The cost of food, beverage, venues and/or transportation will be the responsibility of the client to pay for their services.

​

* The final itinerary and the invoice will be sent to the client's email, 7 days prior to trip.

​

* Cost such as pocket Wi-Fi rental, rail pass and other incidentals will be the   responsibility of the client.
